Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Sovereign Bandits! To ensure a smooth and positive experience for all our clients, please review our booking policy below: Booking and Payment - All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking. - Sessions must be booked at least 48HRS in advance to ensure availability. - Payments can be made via Revoult bank transfer, credit card, etc. Cancellation and Rescheduling - Cancellations made at least **48 hours** before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. - Cancellations made within **24 hours** of the session will incur a 50% fee. - Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. - Rescheduling is allowed up to **48 hours** prior to your appointment, subject to availability. Late Arrivals - Please arrive on time for your session to make the most of your experience. - If you are late, your session time may be reduced accordingly, and no refunds will be issued for missed time. - Clients arriving more than **15 minutes late** may forfeit their session, depending on the schedule for the day. Weather Policy - As our sessions involve free-roaming horses and outdoor activities, weather conditions may occasionally require rescheduling for safety reasons. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new session date. Health and Safety - All clients must complete a health and safety form prior to their session. This ensures we can tailor the experience to your needs and maintain safety for everyone involved. - Clients are required to wear appropriate attire, including closed-toe shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Refund Policy - Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the policy guidelines outlined above. - No refunds will be provided for sessions already completed or for partial sessions due to late arrivals.
