For those seeking a deeper drop-in, we also offer 1 or 2-day immersive sessions. These extended formats allow for spacious, layered exploration supported by somatic practices as taught by The Reflective Horse®, creating powerful opportunities for insight, regulation, and embodied integration. In these i experiences, you'll spend extended, uninterrupted time in the field with the horses—inviting stillness, curiosity, and direct experience. We’ll draw on Somatic Reprogramming® to help you align with your body’s wisdom, re-pattern nervous system responses, and reconnect with your innate voice, clarity, and sense of self. These intensives are especially supportive if you: Feel stuck in old patterns or cycles and want to shift them from the root Are navigating a major life change or decision Want to reconnect with your body, boundaries, and inner compass Seek a reset—a return to your true nature, in rhythm with the land and the herd Through guided movement, breathwork, body awareness, and intuitive reflection with the horses, these sessions invite profound transformation and lasting embodiment of your truth. Whether you come for a single day or a full two-day immersion, the pace is gentle and spacious—honoring your nervous system, your process, and your path.
Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Sovereign Bandits! To ensure a smooth and positive experience for all our clients, please review our booking policy below: Booking and Payment - All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking. - Sessions must be booked at least 48HRS in advance to ensure availability. - Payments can be made via Revoult bank transfer, credit card, etc. Cancellation and Rescheduling - Cancellations made at least **48 hours** before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. - Cancellations made within **24 hours** of the session will incur a 50% fee. - Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. - Rescheduling is allowed up to **48 hours** prior to your appointment, subject to availability. Late Arrivals - Please arrive on time for your session to make the most of your experience. - If you are late, your session time may be reduced accordingly, and no refunds will be issued for missed time. - Clients arriving more than **15 minutes late** may forfeit their session, depending on the schedule for the day. Weather Policy - As our sessions involve free-roaming horses and outdoor activities, weather conditions may occasionally require rescheduling for safety reasons. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new session date. Health and Safety - All clients must complete a health and safety form prior to their session. This ensures we can tailor the experience to your needs and maintain safety for everyone involved. - Clients are required to wear appropriate attire, including closed-toe shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Refund Policy - Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the policy guidelines outlined above. - No refunds will be provided for sessions already completed or for partial sessions due to late arrivals.
