Growth isn’t linear — it’s a spiral.

We revisit old patterns, emotions, and truths, each time from a new perspective, with deeper awareness and capacity. This is the spiral of growth: not a straight path forward, but an unfolding inward. A returning, refining, and remembering.

In our upcoming session, “Being and the Cycle of Experience,” we’ll step into this spiral together — gently, curiously, and with the quiet wisdom of free roaming horses to guide us.

Using equine-guided empowerment and somatic exercises, we’ll explore the natural rhythm of our inner world — how we sense, process, and respond to the world around us. Horses, as grounded, sentient beings, mirror our emotional states and hold space without judgment. Their presence invites us to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect to the intelligence of the body.

This is not about horsemanship or riding.

It’s about presence, connection, and authentic experience.
